We announce the currently known issues through this notice.

Additional issues that are confirmed will be announced through this notice.



■ Known Issues


- [Client] An issue where the NIGHT CROWS Launcher was abnormally proceed with an error message that is occasionally displayed "Abnormal game execution. PC version must be run through the launcher" 
 Crew affected by this issue rerun their client after completely quitting the game. We are aware of this issue and related patch will be implemented to resolve it as soon as possible.


- [Boss Raid] Characters are getting disconnected with an error message "Security verification isn't working. Returning to the title screen.(19)" while participating in the Boss Raid content.

 We are currently checking on all the aspects related to the content, and it will be fixed as soon as the cause of the issue gets confirmed.





■ Fixed Issues


- [Exchange] Issue of the Event Item: '[Event] Saint’s Holy Grail’ still being on the Exchange and available to purchase, even after the Event ended. : Fixed on May 14th Maintenance


- [Event] Issue of the red notification dot not being displayed beside the Event Icon and the Event tab when there is a reward left to be claimed. : Fixed on May 14th Maintenance


- [NFT] Issue in NFT Import where, an error message of: 'User info does not match. Returning to the title screen for a safe environment.' displaying and the Import not working. : Fixed on May 14th Maintenance


- [Mount] Issue on new mounts not enlisted on the Confirm/Change list. : Fixed on April 30th Temporary Maintenance


- [Event] Issue of Artifact Enhancement Scroll obtained from Landon's Artifact Pass as a Season Pass Reward is unable to be used. : Fixed on April 30th Maintenance.


- [Client] An issue where the game client was not properly running with an error code message "Error: E019101A, E019100B" 
We have confirmed that the error is caused by abnormal detection for Malware under a specific circumstance, and currently prepare the related patch to resolve this issue as soon as possible. 
We will be inform you through a separate announcement when the issue gets normalized. : Fixed on March 11th 7:00 pm (UTC+8)


- [Shop] An issue where some devices using certain network service providers can not proceed on product purchases normally.

 The cause of the issue has been confirmed and will be resolved soon. Please try using the official PC version to proceed on purchase until the patch. : Fixed on March 13th 9:20 pm (UTC+8)


- [Event] An issue where some event missions of Night Crows Gear Enhancement Order are not counted upon meeting the requirement

 Issue is currently being resolved. The event period will be extended and rewards that were not obtained as of completion can be claimed once the issue is resolved. : Fixed on March 19th 5:50 am (UTC+8)


- [PC] Issue of disconnections(crashes) occurring on the PC.

 Issue resolved. Update graphic card software to fix the issue. : Fixed on March 20th 6:00 pm (UTC+8)


- [Shop] An issue where the image of products categorized 'Special Thanks' was abnormally displayed 

 Please quit your game, rerun your game client, and download the additional patch files to resolve this issue: It will be scheduled to be fixed through the next update. : Fixed on March 26th 6:10 pm (UTC+8)


- [Request] An issue where user is forced out to the title screen when doing the following: Request Station > Crafting Request > Normal Craft. : Fixed on April 9th 5:40 pm (UTC+8)


- [Season Pass] Issue of different names being displayed for the Gold Pass and Crafitng Pass that was added after the April 16th Update. : Fixed on April 16th 11:00 am (UTC+8)
