Greetings, This is the SSS Team.

We introduce to you, the SSS Program’s very own ‘Streamer Mission’! Where Streamers and Supporters alike are rewarded for their active participation and communication. Streamer Missions are announced every Round to guide Streamer’s content and to introduce new features to Supporters. 

Once certified as Verified SSS Streamer, all Streamers can participate and complete these missions to be rewarded with coupons they can give to their Supporters.

Please check the information below for further details.

■ Streamer Mission Guide

 - Check for the list of missions through the following: Streamer Page > Mission tab.

 - Mission completion and verification steps are as follows: Mission verification > Submission (Evaluation) > Completion (Success).

 - A special coupon will be distributed for Streamers that have completed missions within the Round.

* There is a limit as to how many people can use each coupon. 

* The coupon is usable until 2024, May 31st, 23:59 (UTC+8)

※ Mission Verification Precautions

- Mission Verification CAN NOT be verified through Live Stream videos, and must be an edited video of at least 3 minutes.

- Submissions that verify multiple missions in one video will be rejected.

- Video must be uploaded to your main channel you have set during registration. If the video is not uploaded to your main channel, your submission will be rejected.

  * If your main channel is Twitch, uploading to other platforms such as Youtube is allowed. 

- The requested mission must be completed in the video submitted. If the mission is not completed, partially completed, or is an unrelated video that only fulfills the video length requirement, your submission will be rejected.

■ Mission Verification

1. Missions in progress can be checked through the Mission tab in the Streamer Page.

2. Make a video regarding the proposed mission and go to the ‘Mission Complete Verification’ page, and press the ‘Verify’ button.

3. Register the URL of the video of the mission and press the ‘Verify’ button and wait for the evaluation process to proceed.

* The registered Video must be uploaded to the Main Channel that has been registered during SSS Streamer registration.

4. The evaluation will be completed within 3~4 days. When the evaluation gets approved, check for the coupon distributed by going to the ‘Manage Coupon’ page

* Evaluation period may be delayed depending on circumstances.

■ Mission Completion Rewards

1. Coupons obtained from completing missions within the mission period can be checked through your Streamer Page, [Mission] - [Manage Coupons].

2. Streamers can gift the coupons, received from completing missions, to Supporters that are supporting the Streamer.

- Please keep note of the expiration period of the coupon because the coupon can only be used within the dedicated period.

- Coupons that are gifted to Supporters can be checked through the Supporters’ Night Crows’ Official page, ‘My page’ > ‘Messages’.

- Coupons gifted from Streamers can only be used once per account within the Round. 

* Even if multiple coupons of the same mission were gifted to a single Supporter, the coupon can not be used more than once to an account.

- We can not provide assistance with Coupons mistakenly distributed to a Supporter.

✔ Precautions

- Streamer Mission verification can only be done by accounts officially registered as Verified SSS Streamers.

- You must make your affiliation and partnership with the SSS program very clear when making gaming content with the purpose of introduction, use, or promotion and making gaming content in video or streaming form, exposing your Support Code. The Streamer must abide by the laws and regulations of their nationality and the country they reside in, and the regulations of our platform.

＊Any loss or damage done to the company due to violation of anything stated above, your Streamer Support status can be disqualified and any damage done to the company must be retrieved.

- Responsibilities, regarding the content the Streamer has created, lies on the Streamer.

- Missions can be ‘Rejected’ when the registered video URL is set as private, unlisted, deleted(applies to Channel as well), or when the Video contains wrong information, or when the mission at hand can not be verified as completed.

- Each mission has a completion period. The mission can not be verified if the completion period has expired.

- Each mission complete gift(coupon) has an expiration date. When this period passes, the coupon can not be used.
