Greetings, This is NIGHT CROWS.
We would like to inform Crew about the issues currently occurring in some Guild Dungeons, as well as the corresponding measures and action plans to be taken.
We sincerely apologize to Crew who are experiencing inconvenience while using the Guild Dungeon. Please check the information below for more details.
1. Issue where rewards of a certain grade that are dropped upon defeating bosses in certain Superb difficulty Guild Dungeons are being distributed incorrectly.
■ Issue
- When acquiring items that are Epic grade or higher after defeating a boss in the Superb difficulty Guild Dungeon, the items are sent immediately to the character's inventory instead of the Guild Storage.
■ Targeted Dungeon and Boss
- Kodshee, Superb Difficulty (Ogron / Goel / Kodshee)
- Tiarak Superb Difficulty
■ Measures to be taken
- This issue is scheduled to be fixed through the May 19th update maintenance.
※ Until the fix is implemented, we kindly ask for your caution and coordination among guild members when acquiring items to avoid any misunderstandings regarding reward distribution while using the Superb difficulty dungeon.
2. Issue where the Entry Time is not returned to Crew upon failing the Tiaraka raid
■ Issue
- Issue where the entry time is not returned to Crew after failing the Tiaraka Guild Dungeon, making it impossible to re-attempt the dungeon.
■ Targeted Dungeon and Boss
- Ancient Dragon of Piercing Thorns ‘Tiarak ’
■ Measures to be taken
- This issue is scheduled to be fixed through the May 19th update maintenance.
[Notice Regarding Guild Rewards for Failing the Tiaraka Guild Dungeon]
Rewards will be granted to Guilds that were unable to obtain rewards due to failing the raid from running out of time. Rewards will be as detailed below.
- Reward Distribution Schedule: May 6th, After Update ~ May 11th, 4:00 am (per Server Standard Time)
- Targeted Guilds: Guilds that opened the Tiaraka Guild Dungeon within the above period but failed to clear it and have no clear history for that period.
※ Attempts made after May 11th, 4:00 am are excluded from the Reward Distribution as this notice has already been provided.
- Reward Details: We will provide the Guild Dungeon rewards and event rewards corresponding to the Tiaraka difficulty level cleared by the guild in the previous week.
- Distribution: Rewards will be sent to the Guilds’ Storage during the May 19th update maintenance.
