An issue occurred during the rollout of the latest WEMIX PLAY iOS app update today (Tuesday, January 27, 2026) at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). As a result, temporary maintenance is in place for the new version.

Until the fixed version is released, Crews are advised not to install or update the WEMIX PLAY iOS app.

(Crews who haven’t updated their existing app yet will not be affected.)

Apologies for the inconvenience, and efforts are underway to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

- An Expedited Review request has been submitted to Apple

- Users who have already updated are seeing temporary maintenance measures
