Our team has confirmed an issue with certain servers disabling some crews from accessing their servers intermittently with an error message as below.

Error Message : Failed to communicate with server. EServerError::NotFoundAccountWhileReconnect(10,204)

We are currently working on finding out the cause of the issue and will implement a patch as soon as the cause of it gets confirmed.

Meanwhile, if you are having this issue while trying to connect the servers, please try logging in and out several times.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and will do our best to prevent issues from recurring in your gameplay.
