Greetings, This is NIGHT CROWS.

Through this post, we inform Crew of the ‘Transaction Wait Time’ that was added through the April 16th Update.

In order for NIGHT CROWS to run and maintain a safe and fair in-game Economy, we are operating a Live Monitoring system and enforcing restrictions during Item acquisition, in the in-game shop, Web Shop, and in the in-game Exchange transactions.

In line with that, through the April 9th Update, we have take measures as listed below, which was announce in a previous notice: ‘Purchase level limitation to sell in the exchange raised’, ‘Wait time for Transactions to complete will be randomly applied’, ‘ Raised the required level to chat in ‘All’(/a) to prevent acts of illegal transactions.’’

After the April 16th Update, an update where all traded items will require a wait time will be applied. This measure has been taken to better monitor individual transactions through our system. This will be a periodic change, to improve our monitoring system to be more thorough, intricate and more robust.

■ Additional Measures Taken

  - All transactions held in the Exchange will have a wait time before sales settlements in order to strengthen the monitoring process.

We are adopting a zero tolerance policy towards all improper and unjust gameplay activity that threatens the ecosystem of the in-game economy, and all accounts that are directly or indirectly related to fraudulent transactions will be restricted.

Although Crew may be experiencing some inconvenience due to the measures we have taken to enforce the safety, security and balance of our in-game economy, and to maintain the value of in-game currencies- We ask for Crew to understand that it was a necessary measure.
