We announce the currently known issues through this notice.

■ Known Issues
- [Collection] Issue where if the collection button, located in a Longinus’ item’s description window, is clicked, the Collection of the Longinus’ item is displayed in the Regular Server.
: This issue is scheduled to be fixed through a later update.
- [Time Recharge] Issue on "Time Recharger - Tenerys Strait" that does not replenish time when used from the inventory.
: Time will get replenished normally when used from the 'Dungeon - Epic' menu.
- [Epic Dungeon] Issue where Crew’s Union Mark is displayed on the map in ‘Tenerys Strait'
: We have forwarded this issue to the related department. We will make sure to fix this issue as soon as possible.
- [Bootcamp] Issue where a notification about the Epic Dungeon gets displayed to Characters in the Bootcamp that reached level 55.
: The Epic Dungeon is not available for use in the Bootcamp. At the end of the Bootcamp period, Crew can use the Epic Dungeon content after moving to a regular server.
- [Bootcamp] Issue where Crew can access the Epic Dungeon tab by navigating through an Item Merchant NPC’s item obtain location description.
: The Epic Dungeon is not available for use in the Bootcamp. At the end of the Bootcamp period, Crew can use the Epic Dungeon content after moving to a regular server.
- [Request Station] Issue where an error message sometimes pops up and then sent to the title screen when proceeding with Crafting Request.
: We have forwarded this issue to the related department. We will make sure to fix this issue as soon as possible.
- [Shop] Issue on '1st Anniversary Special Shop' that shows 'Purchase All' button
: Purchase will not be made successfully upon clicking the 'Purchase All' button. Please refrain from clicking the button and purchase the 'Knight of Honor Ticket' first to hide the button.
- [Potential] Issue where the Potential page can be accessed even if Crew has not reached the unlock level by tapping the 'Seed of Liberation' item in the bag. Although the Potential page can be accessed, Potential content is unavailable to Crew that have not met the unlock level requirement.
: This issue is scheduled to be fixed through a later update.
- [Guild] Issue where the Guild Storage is abnormally displayed in certain instances.
: The issue can be temporarily fixed by selecting a different tab within the Guild menu and re-entering the Guild Storage. This issue will be fixed through a later maintenance.
- [Collection] Issue where item descriptions will display Weapons and Secondary Gear items as ‘unable to craft’ for the event collections in the 'Longinus’ Gear Collection' Event.
: This issue occurs because the items are obtained through crafting the Longinus’ Weapon/Secondary Gear Selection chest, then selecting a certain item. Weapons and Secondary Gears can be registered after being obtained through the chest.

- [Text] Issue where the ‘Night Crows Covert Feather Mask x11 Chest (Bound)’ item name is not correctly displayed in all languages, excluding Korean. : Fixed through a non-maintenance update on April 15th.
- [Product] Issue where image of ‘Useful Gift Chest of Solidarity’ is included in the item preview image of the product: 'Gliding Crafting Pass Package' ： Fixed on April 15th update maintenance
- [Item] Issue where the item: ‘Skill Book Appendix - Last Stand II (Bound)’ is displayed as stage ‘III’ instead of ‘II’ in the Traditional Chinese language environment of the game. : Fixed on April 8th update maintenance
- [Shop] Issue where the product: ‘[STEP1~4] Legendary 1st Anniversary Element Package’ is displayed multiple times in the Bootcamp Server in-game shop. : Fixed on March 25th non-maintenance patch
- [Crusade] Issue where the Flag disappears during the Conquest in the Earldom(Small Fiefdom) : Fixed on March 25th update maintenance.
- [Item] Issue where an unusable item: ‘Skill Book - Faith I (Bound)’ can be obtained in the chest item: ‘Rare Skill Book Selection Chest (Bound)’ : Fixed on March 25th update maintenance.
- [Stats] Issue where the 'CRIT AMP' stat is not displayed in the detailed stats tab. : Fixed on March 25th update maintenance.
- [String] Issue where the ‘Night Crows Covert Feather Mask' Item’s Skill: 'Night Crows’ Gaze' incorrectly displays the skill information as ‘Accuracy’ instead of ‘Accuracy Rate’. : Fixed on March 25th update maintenance.
- [UI] Issue where the ‘Periapt’ Artifact Slot is displayed in the Character information window. : The 'Periapt' Artifact can be used after the March 25th update maintenance.
- [NPC] Issue where last Season’s wares are being sold by the Valor Coin Merchant NPC. : The item will be refreshed and changed to sell the next Season’s wares starting from March 19th, 0:00(Server Time Standard)
- [Skill] Issue where in some skills, when Higher Skill Trait is applied, the icon is not displayed on the Effect Details window.: Fixed on March 18th Maintenance.
- [Skill] Issue where 'Status Effect RES' is not applied when 'Restraint' skill's 1st, 2nd, 3rd Skill Trait is in effect. : Fixed on March 18th Maintenance.
- [Item] Issue where abnormal text gets displayed when clicking on the Craft Material link for the Longinus Gear in the Regular Servers. : Fixed on March 18th Maintenance.
- [Event] Issue where an item that can not be used as a Mission completion reward (Source of Creation) is included in the mission event: 'Clemens' Gift Element' : Fixed on March 18th Maintenance.
- [Quest] Issue where teleporting to the Main Quest, Chapter 8: ‘Entering Bastium’ will cause the Character to be stuck in between the Handrail in the Monteno Airfield

- [Item] Issue of certain Collection items not displaying their obtain location after the Battlefront Renewal. : Fixed on February 11th Maintenance.
- [Gear] Issue on gear's inner stats added by refinement that is being applied abnormally after the February 5th update maintenance. : Fixed on February 6th Temporary Maintenance
- [Event] Issue where the event craft item: Pure Kildebat Crystal’s crafting period is incorrectly displayed. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Item] Issue of the Combination Retry item: 'Clemens’ Coupon (Element)' displaying that the failure listing period begins from ‘September 10th, After Update.’ : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Exchange] Issue of Enhanced Gear being unable to be searched when clicking on the Exchange icon through the item’s description. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Exchange] Issue of certain Gear not displaying all the Refinement options imbued. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Exchange] Issue where a different category gets selected when selecting a category in the World Exchange. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Crafting/Exchange] Issue where Arcane Scrolls of a higher grade get displayed in the Exchange when clicking on the obtain location of the Arcane Scroll. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Exchange] Issue where items in the Server / World Exchange- Favorite tab not displaying an item if the item has been Favorited. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Skill] Issue where the Twin Sword Class’ Skill: 'Lunar Eclipse Split' has Curse effect duration set as 5 seconds. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Weapon Proficiency] Issue where the Skill: 'Brilliance' has its 3rd Skill Trait effect and Higher Skill Trait effect information abnormally displayed. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Skill] Issue where the Wand Class’ Skill: ‘Disclosure’ has Stealth Detection duration applied as 7 seconds. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Event] Issue of the red dot notification displaying on both Treasure Chest Events when Crew is able to open one of the Treasure chests among the two that are available. : Fixed on February 5th Maintenance.
- [Mission] Issue of a mission being displayed incorrectly as 'Defeat monsters within all dungeons 15,000 times' when it is supposed to be 'Defeat monsters 15,000 times' in the event: 'Philosopher's Alchemy Support' : Fixed on January 21st Maintenance.
- [Item] Issue of the item ‘[Event] Lost Palace Silk’ not being obtainable in the Kardale area. : Fixed on January 21st Maintenance.
- [World Dungeon] Issue where the obtainable loot for Normal graded monsters in the ‘[Lower Floor] Candellium Desert’ is incorrectly displayed. : Fixed on January 21st Maintenance.
- [Mission/Achievement] Issue where Enhancing Mission and Achievement count will not accumulate when using the ‘Protective Night Crows Enhancement Scroll (Bound)’. : Additional information has been added during the January 14th Maintenance.
- [Guild Order] Issue where Guild Order will not properly reset when the Guild Orders have been completed to its limit and the Guild Order reset period has passed while Crew is still connected to the game. : Fixed on January 14th Maintenance.
- [Guild Order] Issue of a normal Guild Order appearing instead of an Event Guild Order. : Fixed on January 8th Temporary Maintenance.
: The issue has been fixed through the January 8th temporary maintenance. Crew can use Guild Orders as normal by clicking on the refresh button
- [Event] Issue of the description for the Mission count accumulation for the event: 'Weapon Style Summon and Combination Order' not being displayed. : Fixed on January 7th Maintenance.
: The following description will be added in the event popup: ‘Summons must be confirmed for Epic grade summons and above.’
- [Dungeon] Issue of Slaughter Points accumulating when defeating enemy guild members in Masarta Ice Cavern after the December 30th update. : Fixed on January 7th Maintenance.
- [NFT Discovery] Issue of Element Spell’s Maximum stat not being displayed correctly for Character NFTs registered to the NFT Offer : Fixed on January 7th Maintenance.
- [Outfit] Issue of the Outfit: "Gift of the Starry Night" being displayed as the default outfit : Fixed on January 7th Maintenance.
- [Exchange] Issue of certain Gear that are registered in the Exchange displaying ‘-’ in the item’s refinement category. : Fixed on January 7th Maintenance.
- [Tower of Trials] Issue of Crews’ Active Skills being unable to be used in certain floors of the Tower of Trials. : Fixed on January 7th Maintenance.
- [Item] Issue of certain items not displaying the collection mark on the top left of the item’s icon : Fixed on January 7th Maintenance.
- [Daily Quest] Issue of the Daily Quest: ‘Sunset Woods monster raid’ displaying a different level difficulty than shown on the map : Fixed on January 7th Maintenance.
- [Quest] An issue where a notification incorrectly states that Kardale is available after clearing Main Quest Chapter 49. : Fixed on December 30th Maintenance.
- [Event] Issue of the reward claim limits in the events: 'SNOW CROWS Gifts for 7 Days' and 'SNOW CROWS 21-day Challenge' are incorrectly displayed as 'once per server' instead of 'once per character'. : Fixed on December 17th Maintenance.
- [Tower of Trials] Issue of Repeated Entry Count not being reset after the end of the Tower of Trials Season. : Fixed on December 10th Temporary maintenance.
- [Glider] Issue of certain Gliders having the wrong amount of EXP applied when used as materials for Glider Growth. : Fixed on December 10th Temporary maintenance.
: To fix the issue where certain Gliders used as materials for growth are incorrectly displayed, please completely turn off your game client and turn it back on
- [Collection] Issue in the "Frozen Winter Survival" Collection Event where registering only one "Frozen Ice Pieces (Bound)" incorrectly activates the collection. : Fixed on December 10th Maintenance.
: After the December 10th update, registering all six collection materials will add the "Decrease DMG 2" stats.
- [World Dungeon] Issue of the expected rewards for ‘[Upper Floor] Candellium Desert’ are displayed as the same rewards obtained in the ‘[Lower Floor] Candellium Desert’. : Fixed on December 3rd Maintenance.
- [Skill Book] Issue on descriptions of some Skill Books where it shows codes. : Fixed on December 3rd Maintenance.
- [Daily Benefit] Display problem on Daily Benefit products where certain Time-Limited Buffs are not showing up in the effect status. : Fixed on November 26th Maintenance.
- [NPC] Issue on Guild Shop NPC > 'Wool Bundle' > 'Guild Capes' hyperlink that opens the 'Guild Lab' screen. : Fixed on November 26th Maintenance.
- [Enhancement Effect Information] Issue of Guild-related enhancement effect information not being displayed. : Fixed on November 26th Maintenance.
- [Event] An issue where 'Claim' button gets activated despite not completing the Wallet Connection Mission Event. : Fixed on November 26th Maintenance.
- [Client] Issue on the client size that gets its ratio fixed in portrait mode when the main monitor's orientation is set as portrait mode. : Fixed on November 26th Maintenance.
- [Mail/Notification] Issue of mail notification alert not being displayed. : Fixed on November 26th Maintenance.
- [Collection/Convenience Function] Issue of the collection icon not being displayed for items in the Bag and the Exchange : Fixed on November 26th Maintenance.
- [Eerie Rock Sanctuary] Abnormal Display issue on the item acquisition message that pops up upon obtaining rare grade items or above, specifically on Eerie Rock Sanctuary if the client is in Russian. : Fixed on November 19th Maintenance.
- [Item] Issue of the name of item: 'Skill Book Appendix Wave of Inspiration: Dagger II' being incorrectly displayed in the Chinese(Traditional) language as the third stage instead of the second. : Fixed on November 19th Maintenance.
- [Wallet] Issue of an error occuring when changing Wallet type to WEMIX PLAY : Fixed on October 29th Maintenance.
- [Collection/Convenience Function] Issue of the Dismantle-all function not working. : Fixed on October 29th Maintenance.
- [CROW Shop] Issue of Korean being displayed when connecting the Wallet. : Fixed on October 29th Maintenance.
- [Outfit/Dye] Issue of certain Outfits displaying a different color than the color it has been dyed to. : Fixed the issue on October 23rd through temporary maintenance.
- [PvP/Message] Issue of Elimination Message setting ‘0’ as the default message. : Fixed on October 23rd
- [Event] Issue of the Mount/Weapon Style Change sale event being incorrectly applied : Fixed on October 22nd
- [Shop] Issue of products purchased from the CROW Shop occasionally not being sent to the buyer. : Fixed on September 10th
- [Item] Issue of the Event NPC not appearing when tapping the ‘merchant’ tab under ‘where to find’ for certain items that are sold by Event Merchants. : Fixed on July 16th
- [Class Change] Issue with the message: ‘Dismantling result’ is wrongly displayed in the mail with a Skill Book Appendix when undergoing Class Change while the Character’s inventory is full. : Fixed on July 30th
- [NFT Offer] Issue of Discovery Page and the Market Place showing different Character NFT information due to the difference in update rate of each website. : Fixed on August 29th
- [Craft] Issue of the ‘Weapon Proficiency’ tab, which is from an event that ended, still being displayed in the Normal Craft- Event tab. : Fixed on August 27th Maintenance
- [Skill] Issue of the Wand Class Skill: ‘Descent’ not having its changed skill effect information text applied. : Fixed on August 27th Maintenance
- [Skill] An issue where the skills 'Onslaught' and 'Charge Stance' are continuously used after their cooldown when set to auto-use, even if their effect duration remains. : Fixed on August 13th Maintenance
- [Guild] Issue with the 'Guild Cape Management' category being displayed under Guild > Manage Guild > Permissions. : Fixed on August 6th Maintenance (Will be added on our future update)
- [Item] Issue with the item name, 'Ripped Tome Chest' being displayed incorrectly in certain language settings. : Fixed on August 6th Maintenance
- [Craft] Issue with the '3rd Advancement Support Piece I' tab being displayed under Craft > Normal Craft > Event. : Fixed on August 6th Maintenance
- [Dungeon] Issue with the item 'Higher Seal of Advancement' not being displayed on the Expected Reward screen when entering Masarta Ice Cavern Cave 7, 8, and 9, even though the item is being dropped normally. : Fixed on August 6th Maintenance
- [Craft] Issue of ‘Ripped Tome (Bound)’ Event Craft being displayed as a Normal Craft when clicking on Craft Material in the item’s information window. : Fixed on August 6th Maintenance

- [Dungeon] Issue of time displayed in 'Until next entry' being different from the actual time left until next entry when entering the World Dungeon Menu. : Fixed on July 23th Maintenance
- [Exchange] Issue of Masarta Ice Cavern Cave 8 and 9 Tickets being unable to be sold. : Fixed on July 16th Maintenance
- [Event] Issue of the Event NPC: ‘Meelo’, from a past Event that has ended- still being displayed in the Battlefront NPC list. : Fixed on July 16th Maintenance
- [Client] An issue where the NIGHT CROWS Launcher was abnormally proceed with an error message that is occasionally displayed "Abnormal game execution. PC version must be run through the launcher" : Fixed on July 2nd Maintenance
- [Boss Raid] Characters are getting disconnected with an error message "Security verification isn't working. Returning to the title screen.(19)" while participating in the Boss Raid content. : Fixed on July 2nd Maintenance
- [Connection] Issue unable to log in on certain servers with 'Failed to connect to the server.' error message. : Fixed on July 2nd Maintenance
- [Settings] Issue of Private Trade Request settings being displayed in the settings menu. : Fixed on June 26th Temporary Maintenance.
- [Item] The descriptions for the '[Event] Brilliant Enhancement Scroll Selection Chest' and '[Event] Pitch-black Enhancement Scroll Selection Scroll' are applied vice-versa. : Fixed on June 25th Maintenance
- [Item] Issue of certain ‘Crafting Material Chests’ and ‘Forest of Training Chests’ not displaying the item ‘Log’ and ‘Wood’. : Fixed on June 4th Maintenance
- [Exchange] Issue of a few Items, of which includes ‘Log’, being unable to be registered in the Exchange. : Fixed on June 4th Maintenance
- [Crafting] Issue of 'Wood’ / 'Carpenter's Wood' crafting not being available within the [Crafting Art of Prosperity] : Fixed on June 4th Maintenance
- [Quest] Issue of the Auto-move function not transporting the user to the correct location during the Side Quest- Chapter 44: 'Parts Delivery' : Fixed on June 4th Maintenance
- [Support Center] Inquiries submitted through the in-app support are not being processed normally: Please submit inquiries to the support center on the official website. : Fixed on May 22nd
- [Event] Issue unable to claim the mission rewards after completion if the character disconnects from the game. : Fixed on May 16th, Temporary Maintenance.
- [Event] Issue on Mission counts of events getting displayed as ?????/????? : Fixed on May 16th, Temporary Maintenance.
- [Exchange] Issue of the Event Item: '[Event] Saint’s Holy Grail’ still being on the Exchange and available to purchase, even after the Event ended. : Fixed on May 14th Maintenance
- [Event] Issue of the red notification dot not being displayed beside the Event Icon and the Event tab when there is a reward left to be claimed. : Fixed on May 14th Maintenance
- [NFT] Issue in NFT Import where, an error message of: 'User info does not match. Returning to the title screen for a safe environment.' displaying and the Import not working. : Fixed on May 14th Maintenance
- [Mount] Issue on new mounts not enlisted on the Confirm/Change list. : Fixed on April 30th Temporary Maintenance
- [Event] Issue of Artifact Enhancement Scroll obtained from Landon's Artifact Pass as a Season Pass Reward is unable to be used. : Fixed on April 30th Maintenance.
- [Client] An issue where the game client was not properly running with an error code message "Error: E019101A, E019100B"
We have confirmed that the error is caused by abnormal detection for Malware under a specific circumstance, and currently prepare the related patch to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We will be inform you through a separate announcement when the issue gets normalized. : Fixed on March 11th 7:00 pm (UTC+8)
- [Shop] An issue where some devices using certain network service providers can not proceed on product purchases normally.
The cause of the issue has been confirmed and will be resolved soon. Please try using the official PC version to proceed on purchase until the patch. : Fixed on March 13th 9:20 pm (UTC+8)
- [Event] An issue where some event missions of Night Crows Gear Enhancement Order are not counted upon meeting the requirement
Issue is currently being resolved. The event period will be extended and rewards that were not obtained as of completion can be claimed once the issue is resolved. : Fixed on March 19th 5:50 am (UTC+8)
- [PC] Issue of disconnections(crashes) occurring on the PC.
Issue resolved. Update graphic card software to fix the issue. : Fixed on March 20th 6:00 pm (UTC+8)
- [Shop] An issue where the image of products categorized 'Special Thanks' was abnormally displayed

- [Request] An issue where user is forced out to the title screen when doing the following: Request Station > Crafting Request > Normal Craft. : Fixed on April 9th 5:40 pm (UTC+8)
- [Season Pass] Issue of different names being displayed for the Gold Pass and Crafitng Pass that was added after the April 16th Update. : Fixed on April 16th 11:00 am (UTC+8)
