- [Craft] Issue where Orb Class Skill Book Appendixes cannot be used to craft the Epic Skill Book Appendix Change Chest.
: This issue is scheduled to be fixed through the November 11th update maintenance.
- [Boot Camp] Issue where the Boot Camp Server’s buff icon is displayed when entering the Boot Camp’s ‘Seperas Ruins’ Dungeon.
: The Boot Camp Exclusive buff is not applied in the Seperas Ruins Dungeon as intended. We will fix this display issue as soon as possible.

- [Skill Trait] Issue where the Wand Class Skill: ‘Heal’ does not have the effect: ‘Removes 1 debuff (Rare or below) with a certain chance’ correctly implemented to its third and fourth Skill Trait. : Fixed on October 21st update.
- [Item] Issue where certain Event Summon items, which were added after the September 30th Update Maintenance, can be discarded. : Fixed on October 15th update.
- [Item] Issue where leather type armor are the only obtainable armors upon using the NIGHT CROWS Armor Chest (Bound) : Fixed on October 15th update.
- [Collection] Issue where there are not enough Collections to register the obtainable item: [Event] New Trieste's Symbol (Bound). : Fixed on October 15th update.
- [Item] Issue where upon using the ‘Rare Skill Book Selection Chest (Bound)’ that were obtained in the past, the Orb Skill: ‘Spell Addiction I’ is included within the item, which is learned automatically upon Class Advancement. : Fixed on October 15th update.
- [Event] Issue where the mission count for the ‘Obtain Glider’ category of missions are not properly applied for certain events. : Fixed on October 15th update.
- [Item] Issue where certain Skill Book items do not display the location obtained. : Fixed on October 15th update.
- [Glider] Issue where the modeling of the Glider: 'Night Crows Black Wings' does not get displayed. : Fixed on October 15th update.

- [Season Pass] Issue where the Season Pass: ‘NIGHT CROWS Advancement Care Plus’ is not displayed in the Season Pass menu. : Fixed on October 7th update.
- [Weapon Proficiency] Issue where Skills that can be learned by all classes are not displayed in the Orb Class' Skill Trait. : Fixed on October 1st update.
- [Item] Issue where the item ‘Night Crows' Guard Fragment (Bound)’ can not be obtained from having the NIGHT CROWS Gear destroyed from enhancement failure. : Fixed on October 1st update.
- [Epic Dungeon] Issue where there are two Healer NPCs displayed and no Sundries Merchant NPC displayed in the Tenerys Strait - Sea of Deception. : Fixed on October 1st update.
- [Crafting] Issue where the Orb Class’ Skill Book Appendixes: 'Warp II', and 'Eldritch Spark II' are not displayed in the crafting menu. : Fixed on October 1st update.
- [Item] Issue where certain components of the Boot Camp Supply Chest do not have the correct translation applied to the item names. : Fixed on October 1st update.
- [Discovery] Issue where NFT’s Discovery page can not be found upon unsealing the Character NFT into a server that is not its Origin Server. : Fixed on October 1st update.
- [Item] Issue where the item: '[Event] Rune of Quick Growth (Bound)' does not display the Collection icon. : Fixed on October 1st update.
- [Epic Dungeon] Issue where Crew’s Union Mark is not displayed on the map in ‘Tenerys Strait' : Fixed on September 30th update.
- [Shop] Issue where required currency is incorrectly displayed when using the ‘Purchase All’ function in the shop and selecting products sold for Morion in the 'Spirit' category. : Fixed on September 30th update.
- [Collection] Issue where in the Collection > Gear > Collectible > Craft tab, replacing a bound item with an unbound one causes all subsequent equipment to appear as unbound, regardless of actual status. : Fixed on September 30th update.
- [Item] Issue on the name of 'Blessing Stone' being displayed as '[C] Blessing Stone'. : Fixed on September 23rd update.
- [Event] Issue where ‘Boss Raid- Defeat Therrash’ mission gets counted up when clearing the Guild Battlefield. : Fixed on September 2nd update.
- [Item] Issue where the pop up notice, which appears when using the ‘Guarding Night Crows Enhancement Scroll’ and the ‘Protective RAVIUM Gear Enhancement Scroll’, does not display any information. : Fixed on September 2nd update.
- [Outfit] Issue where the outfit ‘Wave's Rush’, had its outfit colors changed after the August 26th update. : Fixed on September 2nd update.
- [Exchange] Issue where the category ‘Gear Blessing’ is displayed in the Exchange menu. : Fixed on September 2nd update.
- [Enhance] Issue where the ‘Gear destruction reward’ button in the Night Crows Gear enhancement menu is displayed in Korean. : Fixed on September 2nd update.
- [Collection] Issue on '[Event] Alberto's Insignia (Bound)' where there is lack of collection list compared to its obtainable amount. : New collections will be added on August 26th update.
- [Skill Trait] Issue where the Skill trait of ‘Wall of Protection’ for the One-handed Sword Class (Applies to party members / Increase Barrier effect by 5%) is incorrectly applied, and the Barrier stat is lower than intended. : Fixed on August 26th update.
- [World Exchange] Issue where certain Epic/Legendary Gliders cannot be listed for sale on the World Exchange. : Fixed on August 19th update.

- [Item] Issue where the Legendary Flag Gear: ‘Saint’s Flag’ has its item image incorrectly displayed as the Epic Flag Gear’s image: ‘Seeker's Flag’. : Fixed on August 5th update.
- [Epic Dungeon] Issue where monsters that do not spawn in the Epic Dungeon ‘Harpenon Sanctum’ are listed in the Spawned Monsters information. : Fixed on August 5th update.
- [Epic Dungeon] Issue where the ‘Harpenon Sanctum’ Curse incorrectly applies the attack speed in specific situations. : Fixed on July 29th temporary maintenance
- [Skill] Issue where the Skill: ‘Arrow Rain’ can not be registered to the Skill Sequence. : Fixed on July 29th update. Changed to be used with an on/off toggle.
- [Product] Issue where the item: ‘[Event] 500-day's Insignia (Bound)’ to register to the collection exceeds the amount obtained when purchasing all ‘500-day's Finale!’ products. : Fixed on July 29th update. Collection added.
- [Party Dungeon] Issue where the attack motion for some of Rockodile’s summoned monsters is not displayed. : Fixed on July 22nd update
- [Weapon Style] Issue where duplicate in-slot effects get applied when owning 29 Level 10 Transcendence Weapon Styles that are Epic. : Fixed on July 8th update
- [Skill] Issue where a Rapier Class Skill: Vestige Gale does not have the ‘Fixed Time’ Effect properly applied. : Fixed on July 8th update
- [Shop] Issue where the required amount of currency is incorrectly displayed when purchasing the ‘Treasured Coin (Bound)’ item with other items in the ‘Hero's Relay’ category. : Fixed on June 24th update
- [Item] Issue where certain Holy Relic items within the item: ‘+6 Holy Relic Artifact Challenge Chest (Bound)’ are not in the ‘Bound’ state. Due to this, it cannot be used in the Awakening content. : Fixed on June 17th update
- [Alchemy] Issue where an error message pops up and sends users to the game’s title page when using the Element Lock function. : Fixed on June 17th update

- [NPC] Issue where Event Merchant Isabelle’s wares are not being displayed. : Fixed on June 4th update
- [Guild] Issue where the Guild Storage is abnormally displayed in certain instances. : Fixed on June 4th update
- [Collection] Issue where item descriptions will display Weapons and Secondary Gear items as ‘unable to craft’ for the event collections in the 'Longinus’ Gear Collection' Event. : Fixed on June 4th update
- [Potential] Issue where the Potential page can be accessed even if Crew has not reached the unlock level by tapping the 'Seed of Liberation' item in the bag. Although the Potential page can be accessed, Potential content is unavailable to Crew that have not met the unlock level requirement. : Fixed on June 4th update
- [Collection] Issue where if the collection button, located in a Longinus’ item’s description window, is clicked, the Collection of the Longinus’ item is displayed in the Regular Server. : Fixed on June 4th update
- [Season Pass] Issue where a purchase pop-up will appear when activating a Season Pass that can be obtained for free through an event : The Season Pass is activated as normal when using the ticket that is obtained for free. : Fixed on June 4th update
- [Web Shop] Issue where the product: ‘United World’s Token Monthly Package I, II’, located in the Web Shop, is limited to purchase 3 times per month, but the product’s name is incorrectly displayed as ‘weekly’ in-game. : Fixed on May 27th update
- [Bootcamp] Issue where a notification about the Epic Dungeon gets displayed to Characters in the Bootcamp that reached level 55. : Fixed on May 27th update

- [Mission/Achievement] Issue where Enhancing Mission and Achievement count will not accumulate when using the ‘Protective Night Crows Enhancement Scroll (Bound)’. : Additional information has been added during the January 14th Maintenance.
- [Guild Order] Issue where Guild Order will not properly reset when the Guild Orders have been completed to its limit and the Guild Order reset period has passed while Crew is still connected to the game. : Fixed on January 14th Maintenance.
- [Guild Order] Issue of a normal Guild Order appearing instead of an Event Guild Order. : Fixed on January 8th Temporary Maintenance.

- [Quest] An issue where a notification incorrectly states that Kardale is available after clearing Main Quest Chapter 49. : Fixed on December 30th Maintenance.
- [Event] Issue of the reward claim limits in the events: 'SNOW CROWS Gifts for 7 Days' and 'SNOW CROWS 21-day Challenge' are incorrectly displayed as 'once per server' instead of 'once per character'. : Fixed on December 17th Maintenance.
- [Tower of Trials] Issue of Repeated Entry Count not being reset after the end of the Tower of Trials Season. : Fixed on December 10th Temporary maintenance.

- [Collection] Issue in the "Frozen Winter Survival" Collection Event where registering only one "Frozen Ice Pieces (Bound)" incorrectly activates the collection. : Fixed on December 10th Maintenance.

We have confirmed that the error is caused by abnormal detection for Malware under a specific circumstance, and currently prepare the related patch to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
