Operation policy to ensure the fair gameplay environment of NIGHT CROWS
NIGHT CROWS strive to pursue a fair and secure gameplay environment as a top priority in our service and treat the use of Unauthorized Third-Party Software under our zero-tolerance policy. We expect our players to compete fairly by ensuring all regulations and policies set forth on our official websites.
All violations against our Operation Policy may result in permanent restriction on your game account, and all belongings and in-game assets of the account will be reclaimed. By participating in the NIGHT CROWS and the related communities, we consider that all NIGHT CROWS gamers understand and acknowledge their responsibilities for the service provided to them, and this may also result in permanent account restrictions for the breach of the following rules.
FAIR PLAY PLEDGE: NIGHT CROWS
First, Regarding the Third-Party Software Use
- We shall NOT use or install any external software or illegal programs represented by hacks or mods, which may cause a troublesome for the internal functionality of the game.
- We shall NOT use the automated services operated by multiple characters and related macros/scripts.
- We shall NOT use any illegal software and programs designed to avoid restrictions set in the game.
Second, Regarding the Transaction of Unauthorized in-game currency (DIAMOND)
- We shall NOT advertise or promote any unauthorized trading websites on the game or our official communities.
- We shall NOT purchase DIAMONDS through unauthorized third-party dealers or trading websites.
- We shall NOT be engaged in any internal or external transactions of unauthorized Diamonds.
Third, Establishment of the Fair Game Economy
- We shall refrain from taking unauthorized transactions among users by any trades
- We fully acknowledge that refunding products directly to the store may be treated as abuse and assure not to take any alternative actions that infringe the game and Tokenomics economy. Anyone found responsible for the breach of the following terms may result in permanent account restriction.
Fourth, Unacceptable Behaviour
- We shall NOT abuse the functionality of the game through the in-game chat by advertising improper lines or spamming.
- We shall NOT make any speeches to other players that may incur a bias in political or racial perspectives.
- We shall NOT share any confidential data with other users or take any advantage of internal system issues.
Fifth, Establishing Multiple account-related Policy
- We shall run the game service under the official PC launcher and mobile devices supported, and shall NOT use any external programs and that of unauthorized.
- We shall participate in establishing a fair and secure game environment by taking the Human Authentication service.
