Server Transfer
Through the Server Transfer system, Crew can transfer a ‘specific Character’ that Crew is using to a different server.
Basic Information
1. Criteria
- Level Requirement: Character Lv. 55
- Use Quantity: 3 times per Character
- Use Period: Notified to Crew through a separate notice
- Server Transfer Cost:
ㆍCharacter Transfer: 4,000 Diamonds
ㆍGuild / Union Transfer: 6,000 Diamonds
2. How to use
- Crew can proceed with Server Transfer through the following tab, which will become available during the Server Transfer period: [Shop] → [Server Transfer].
Types of Server Transfers
- The Server Transfer will take place under two types, which are: ‘Character Transfer’ and ‘Guild Transfer’.
※ Server Transfer count will be deducted by 1 regardless of whether it is the Character Transfer or Guild Transfer.
1) Character Transfer
• Through Character Transfer, Crew will be able to transfer a ‘specific Character’ that Crew is using to a different server.
• When proceeding with the Server Transfer, the selected Character’s data will be transferred from its original Server to a Server of Crew’s choice.
• Transferred data includes all assets that are owned by the Character, of which are: Items, Skills, Mounts, Weapon Styles, etc…
• All Gear and items that are being equipped or held by the Character, or in the storage, will all have their initial Bound/Tradeable state maintained.
2) Guild Transfer
• A Guild Master Character can transfer its ‘Guild’ from its original Server to a different Server through the Guild Transfer system.
• Guild’s assets will be transferred when progressing with the Guild Transfer, and it includes the transfer of the Guild Master Character.
• Only the Guild Master can proceed with the Guild Transfer, and there must be no Guild members in the transferring Guild.
※ The Guild Master’s Dedication Points will also be reset when proceeding with the Guild Transfer.
3) Union Transfer
• When the Union Master Character proceeds with the Guild Transfer, the ‘Union Transfer’ will take place instead.
• The Union Master Character and the Guild the Character is a part of will be transferred during Union Transfer.
• The Union Storage and the ownership of Fiefdom(s) will also be transferred during Union Transfer.
Server Transfer Precautions
- In order to provide a stable gaming environment and to maintain the balance of players within all servers, there will be a limit on how many Characters can transfer to a server.
- After the Server Transfer, all Gear, Mount, Weapon Style, Glider, and Elements that were equipped will have been unequipped and will need to be equipped again.
- Presets and Community Friends list and requests will all get reset.
Upon Server Transfer, Ranking benefit buffs will not be applied until the next refresh period. Ranking data will be applied every hour on the hour.
- If Crew proceeds with Server Transfer on the day the World Dungeon takes place, Server Ranking will not be applied, and you will be unable to participate in the World Dungeon. World Dungeon participation will be available on the day after the Server Transfer.
- If Crew’s Community information is not applied upon proceeding with the Server Transfer, please try to reset your Main Character for the data to be properly applied.
- Crew will be unable to proceed with Server Transfer under one or more of the following circumstances.

※ The number of Crew that can transfer to specific servers may be increased if needed.
※ Characters can only transfer to servers that are in the same Region. Characters will be unable to transfer to a different Region.
※ Please be cautious when proceeding with the Server Transfer, as we cannot provide assistance for any disadvantages resulting from user negligence during the Server Transfer process.

How to proceed with Server Transfer
- Crew can proceed with Server Transfer by going to the [Shop] → [Server Transfer] tab during the server transfer period.
- Upon entering the [Server Transfer] tab, all the Server Transfer requirements will be listed and Crew will be able to proceed with Server Transfer on this page.
① Select ‘Character Transfer’ or ‘Guild Transfer’ to proceed with Server Transfer.
② Server Transfer Period is displayed.
③ Select the Server Crew wishes to transfer to.
④ Server Transfer conditionals and precautions can be checked.
⑤ Remaining Server Transfer Count can be checked.
- Click on the [Select Server] button to display the list of servers that Crew can transfer to.
※ Please note that there will be a limit on how many Characters can transfer to a server. Therefore, server transfer to specific servers may end early.
- Once all requirements are met to transfer to the Server of your choice, Crew can proceed with the Server Transfer.
- Once the Server Transfer application is complete, a notification pop-up will be displayed and you will be directed to the title screen and the Server Transfer will take place.
- Crew will be unable to connect to the game during the Server Transfer. After a certain amount of time, Crew will be able to connect to the game as usual.
